The Services are intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

- Item information you create in the App: items you track, replacement cycles, and related settings (as applicable).

- Usage information: app interactions and in-app events (aggregated or pseudonymous where feasible).
- Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
Location (optional): if you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location information. You can disable location access at any time in device settings.
Cookies / web beacons (if applicable): if any part of the Services is delivered through a website or embedded web content, cookies and similar technologies may be used for login/session, preferences, performance, and security.
Photos / face data (if you use photo features): we do not perform face recognition or collect biometric identifiers for identification. If processing occurs, it is intended for a one-time result; by default photos and outputs are stored locally unless you choose otherwise. We do not use photos for training or marketing.

- Provide and maintain the Services (including reminders and notifications).

- Improve the Services (analytics, debugging, performance, and feature development).

6) Optional AI/Server Processing (If Available)
If you choose to use optional features that involve uploading text or images for AI-assisted processing or generation:
- Your uploaded text/images are processed on Rimore Team’s own servers.
- We do not share your uploaded text/images with any third party, and we do not disclose them publicly.
- We delete the uploaded text/images from our servers immediately after processing is completed (except where brief retention is strictly necessary for reliability/security).
- You fully control whether to upload content and whether to generate results.
- We do not use uploaded text/images to train models, and we do not use them for marketing.
7) Data Security
- Encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Periodic reviews/audits and backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8) Data Retention
- Account data: for the duration your account is active.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal/security exceptions).
- Usage data (analytics): up to 12 months.
- Support communications: up to 6 months.
9) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent. To make a request, email us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
You can also control location and notification permissions through your device settings.
10) International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
